【仕事内容】
主にマンション・公共施設・商業施設・医療施設製鉄所・石油プラント・風力発電施設などの
大型建築工事の現場をメインに重量物の搬入・据付・解体を行っている当社。
ありがたい事に大手ゼネコン様より評価頂き、業績は好調。今後の業務拡大も視野にスタッフの増員を決定しました。
そんな当社にて組立・解体に伴う鍛冶工事(溶接やガス溶断・仕上げなど)業務や
それに附帯する足場や雑工事をお願いします。
知識や技術は入社後に一からしっかり教える為、未経験の方のチャレンジも全力で応援します。
まずは出来る作業から徐々に覚えていければOKです
※経験や知識を基にお願いする作業は決定致します。
※現場にもよりますが5名~のチームで行うことが多く、工期は約1ヶ月程度。
※現場は会社から1時間圏内までが多い(千葉県・東京都・神奈川県)。
【鍛治工とは】
鍛治工を知らない人の為に、簡単に説明すると
鍛冶工とは溶接やガス溶断など火を使う仕事がメインのお仕事。
「なんか難しそう。」と思うかもしれませんが、
やる気があって真剣にやれば誰でも出来るようになります

【その他、シールドマシンによる掘削工事もあり】
当社では地下トンネル、地下管路の建設に伴うシールドマシンによる掘削工事
も行っており、基本的には専属チームが行いますが、希望者にはそちらに配属しスキルアップも可能です。

当社では労働災害を起こさないように、安全衛生教育を徹底しております。
毎朝の健康チェックに始まり、各作業の目視確認、複数人での安全確認などをルール化、
各自、常に安全を意識して作業を行っています。
どの仕事も工期が決まっており、その工期を気にするあまり安全が疎かになりがちですが、
当社では全員が「安全最優先」という意識を持ち、他社様とも協力体制を整え、労働災害ゼロを目指しております。

勤務時間詳細
実働時間:1日あたり7時間
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり23日 〜 25日
8:00〜17:00(休憩:120分)
休日休暇
土日休み(完全週休2日制)+祝日
※他、長期休暇あり(GW・夏季・年末年始)
※有給休暇は法令に則り支給
※稼ぎたい方は隔週土曜出勤なども可能です。

- 千葉県木更津市牛袋92-1 (祇園駅から徒歩約15分・事務所から車で5分程)
※駐車場完備/自動車通勤OK
※現場は千葉県・東京都・神奈川県など1時間圏内がほとんど。

祇園駅から徒歩約15分/木更津駅から車10分(事務所/面接地)
給与詳細
基本給:日給 1万3000円 〜
固定残業代:なし
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
お持ちの資格、能力、経験年数、前職の給与などを考慮し給与額は決定します。
※賞与・昇給あり(能力や頑張り・役職などに応じて月収2.5〜5万円の昇給も可能)
給与例
①月収32万5000円+手当別途支給(月25日稼働の場合)
=日給1万3000円×25日+残業・交通費などの手当別途支給
②月収29万9000円+手当別途支給(月23日稼働の場合)
=日給1万3000円×23日+残業・交通費などの手当別途支給
