仕事内容:

★リハビリのプロとして、自立支援をプロデュース★

【業務内容】

ご利用者さまの「自立支援」に向けたプログラムの立案と実施。

定期的な体力測定や評価を行い、リハビリ計画書の作成・更新を担当します。

車椅子の適合調整や、ご家族への介護方法のアドバイス、住宅改修の提案など、理学療法士としての専門知識を活かして、ご利用者さまの「動ける喜び」を形にするお仕事です。

【1日のスケジュール例】

08:30 出勤・環境整備(リハ器具の点検と安全確認)

09:00 機能訓練の実施(アライメント調整や評価に基づく介入)

12:00 昼食休憩(スタッフ同士のコミュニケーションも活発です)

13:30 リハビリプログラムの提供(個別対応や小グループ指導)

15:30 カンファレンス(多職種でのサービス方針の話し合い)

16:30 事務作業・送迎フォロー(日報入力・明日の準備)

17:30 業務終了・退勤

▼非常勤 8:15-17:30の時間の間の8時間程度 週5日以内 休憩時間:60分 残業時間:月 約0時間

アクセス:

JR上総一ノ宮駅から車12分 車通勤可

給与:

~経験や資格に応じて下記記載の金額に追加手当あり◎~

▼非常勤 【時給】1,500円-2,000円 [その他手当] 資格手当 10,000円(月15日以上勤務した場合に支給) 土日祝手当 50円/時間 年末年始お盆手当 500円-3,000円/日 ※8時間勤務3,000円、他勤務時間による。
