計装設備の施工監理 ※土日休み ※年間休日120日以上

【仕事内容】

【新宿】計装設備の施工監理/再雇用制度有/50・60代活躍中

【職務概要】

空調を自動制御する機器システムの施工管理業務をお任せいたします。

【職務詳細】

・予算管理:予算内での高品質な部材選定 等

・工程管理:工期のスケジュール管理

・施工図面の作成

・安全管理

・協力業者との折衝

オフィスビル、商業施設、病院、駅等の人が集まる大型施設がメインの案件になります。

  • 出張について

関東圏をでる出張については年に0~1回程度でございます。

  • 働き方について:

独り立ちするまでは残業はほぼなく、独り立ち後も残業時間20時間程度と働きやすい環境です。現場には直行直帰で行くことが多く、一都三県のみの為転勤はございません。休日に出勤した場合は必ず振替休日を取っていただく環境も整っています。

年収:700万~800万程度月給制:月額350000円給与:経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇賞与:年2回(6、12月)※昨年実績3.1ヶ月分昇給:年1回(7月)

都営地下鉄大江戸線「都庁前」駅より徒歩6分

【勤務時間】

9時00分~17時30分 (所定労働時間:7時間30分)

【休日休暇】

【年間休日123日】完全週休2日制(土、日)、祝日、有給休暇4日~15日、夏期特別休暇(8/13~8/16)、年末年始休日(土日祝を除く4日間)、慶弔休暇
