The Global Retail Operations Project Manager supports the execution and delivery of strategic initiatives across ASICS' global Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) retail and Omnichannel businesses. This role serves as a key connector between global and regional teams, ensuring projects are planned, coordinated, and implemented effectively to enhance retail performance, operational efficiency, and in-store experience across markets.
The position is responsible for coordinating global retail operations projects — including process improvements, new retail programs, tool deployments, and operational best practice sharing — from planning through execution and post launch evaluation. The Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and with clear visibility across global stakeholders.
This role requires strong collaboration with regional operations, store teams, retail systems, and cross-functional partners to align priorities, share progress, and track measurable results.

Required skill

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
3–5 years of experience in retail operations, project management, or DTC execution roles, ideally with global or multi-market exposure.
Experience managing or supporting cross-functional retail initiatives involving technology, process improvement, or store operations.
PMP or equivalent project management certification a plus.
