【仕事内容】

同社の提供しているクラウド型ビジネスチャットツール「Chatwork」の Android モバイルアプリケーションの開発を担当していただきます。

価値提供するための機能開発に加え、使用する共通の技術インフラストラクチャ、ツール、サービスの設計・開発を行っていただきます。

サービス価値の向上を容易にし、加速するユーザー拡大に耐えるべく、Android アプリケーション領域のリアーキテクティングやCI/CD改善などもしていただきます。

結果として、今後の事業計画を押し上げ、開発メンバーを増員することでさらなる生産性向上ができる状態を目指します。領域をまたいでのコミュニケーションも必要に応じて行っていただきます。

【具体的には】

■Chatwork Android版アプリの新機能の設計・開発

・プロダクトの成長に直結する新機能の要件定義から設計、実装、テスト、リリースまでの一連のプロセスを牽引/AIを活用した効率的な開発手法を積極的に導入し、チームの開発速度を向上

■アーキテクチャの刷新と移行

・現在進行中のモダンな設計への移行を、機能開発と並行しながら推進/過去の設計で書かれたコード群を、あるべき姿にリファクタリングし、アプリ全体の品質とメンテナンス性を向上/Android ViewとJetpack Composeが混在するUIのモダン化戦略を策定し、実行をリード

■AIを活用した開発プロセスの革新

・Claude等を活用したAIドリブンの開発サイクルの設計とチームへの定着を推進/Four Keys指標を基に開発プロセスの課題を発見し、継続的な改善活動をリード

■品質保証とテスト文化の醸成

・生成AIが作成したコード含めた成果物の品質を担保するためのテスト戦略を策定し、実践/手動テストを削減し、開発サイクルを高速化するための自動化(単体テスト、回帰テスト)を推進

【求める人材】

・ Kotlinを用いたネイティブAndroidアプリの3年以上の開発経験

・ MVVM、CleanArchitectureなど、モダンな設計思想に関する深い理解と実践経験

・ CI/CD環境の構築・運用経験

・ JetpackComposeを用いた実践的なUI開発経験

・ JUnit、Kotest、Espressoなどを用いた単体・UIテストの設計および実装経験

・ チーム開発におけるリーダーシップ経験、またはそれに準ずる経験(テックリード、メンターなど)

・ アジャイル開発の知識や、FourKeysなどの生産性指標を活かして開発プロセスを改善した経験

【歓迎】

・ 大規模なコードベースにおけるリファクタリングやアーキテクチャ改善を主導した経験

・ 生成AI(Claude GitHubCopilotなど)を開発プロセスに導入・活用した経験

【給与】

年収650~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
