グループ保有の建物や設備の修繕業務をお任せします。
- 主な業務内容
・施設設備管理業務全般
・設備トラブル対応
・営繕、修繕対応
(壁・ドア・雨漏りなどの軽微補修)
(トイレ・浴室設備の不具合対応)
(棚作成、サイン設置・交換)
(LAN・TEL配線作業)
(カーテンレール交換)
扱う案件は全てグループ所有の建物や設備なのでノルマに追われるようなプレッシャーは少なく、緊急時やトラブル発生時以外は自分のペースで着実に業務に打ち込むことができます。

上尾中央医科グループは、首都圏1都6県に病院・介護老人保健施設を展開し、職員数約2万人を誇る日本最大級の民間医療福祉グループです。今回はグループ傘下にございます株式会社武蔵野社において、施設管理のご経験がある方を募集します。先輩社員も居りますので不安点はご相談いただきながら業務を進めていっていただける環境です。

- 基本給
- 調整給(能力・経験に応じます)
- 生活支援手当(一律18,000円/月)

対象者には
- 残業手当(月で10時間程度)
- 家族手当(配偶者;月1万5000円、子一人月1万円)※第三子以降;月5000円
- 資格手当(電気工事士1種;10,000円、ボイラー技士2級;8,000円、社内試験手当:月1000円~5000円)
以上の手当を支給します。
