仕事内容:

総合不動産企業として、戸建・マンションなどの用地仕入れから建築、売買・賃貸仲介、賃貸管理などをトータルに手がける当社にて、不動産業に関する総務・経理およびシステム管理をお任せします。

■業務内容:

入社後は、これまでのご経験によってお任せする業務は決定しますが、サポート業務からお任せしたいと考えております。業務に慣れていけば、月次決算・年次決算などの経理業務、および備品や消耗品管理などの総務業務をお任せします。将来的には人事や労務、財務などの業務に携わり、キャリアアップのチャンスもあります。

・月次決算、年次決算、契約書管理

・電話対応、来客対応、備品・消耗品管理 など

※上記の業務と並行して、その都度進行している業務改善などのプロジェクトを担当していただきます。

■将来的に挑戦可能な業務:

・財務、人事(採用計画など)、労務(入社手続き、行政への提出書類作成など)、社内SE(社内LANの管理、システム導入など)

※現在は総務課長が担当していますが、スキルや適性を見て少しずつお任せしていきます。

アピールポイント:

全社的にDXを推進しているので、システムを活用した業務効率化のアイデアは大歓迎。日々の業務を手がけながら「こうしたらもっと早く終わるのでは?」と考え、提案いただければ導入に関する業務もお任せします。直近では、紙やPDFの請求書を文字データ化するAI帳票認識OCRソリューションを導入し、74%の業務削減を達成しました。

総務もしくは経理のご経験をお持ちの方

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00(所定労働時間:7時間30分)

休暇・休日:

年間休日数:120日

休日休暇形態:完全週休2日制・会社カレンダーによる

年間有給休暇:10日~20日(下限日数は、入社半年経過後の付与日数となります)

定休日は水曜日(火曜日休or木曜日休は会社カレンダーによる)

夏季休暇、年末年始休暇、GW休暇、有給休暇、慶弔休暇

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥300,000 〜 ¥500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥38,000(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

想定年収:400万円〜800万円

■昇給:年1回

■賞与:年2回(7月・12月)※業績により決算賞与あり
