ポジション概要:
このポジションは、CXまたはカスタマーサービス・営業事務分野での実務経験を有する方を対象としています。「Customer Experience Associate(CXアソシエイト)」は、CX部門に所属しながら営業チームとも連携して業務を行います。
主な業務内容:
新規取引のオンボーディングサポート
- 新規クライアント案件のオンボーディングを支援し、見積書の作成、クライアントシステムへの登録、リモートアクセス契約・PCレンタル契約などの関連書類の収集を行う。
- 新規契約者(コントラクター)のオンボーディングコールを実施し、タイムシート提出、プロジェクト期待値、主要な管理プロセスについて案内する。
契約更新プロセスの管理(契約終了の6~8週間前)
- クライアント・コントラクター双方で更新が確定した契約のデータ入力を行う。
- 担当顧客基盤内での新たなビジネス機会を特定(リードジェネレーション)。
- 必要な見積書・契約書類(PO/SOW/SOA等)の作成および送付。
カスタマーケア
- 契約期間中、担当コントラクターと6週間ごとに連絡を取り、Salesforce上でフォロー内容を記録する。
- 営業チームと密に連携し、進行中の案件に関するフィードバックを継続的に共有
- フリーランス向けリファラルプログラム「Share & Earn」の推進。
- タイムシート収集に関してCX部門のBillingチームと連携。
- 契約更新・延長・終了情報をクライアントおよびフリーランサー双方に連絡。
- 支払い・労働条件・管理上の懸念点への対応および必要に応じて営業/リクルートチームへエスカレーション。
- オフボーディング時にはK2 Konnectアンケートを通じてフィードバックを収集し、推薦文や事例紹介、リファラルを促進。
必須要件
- 会話可能レベルの英語でのコミュニケーションスキル(グローバルとの連携)
- ビジネスにおいて流暢レベルな日本語力
- 営業チームをサポートする事務経験
- 人材業界ビジネスへのご興味、もしくは知見知識

休日、働き方
完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)
年間休日120日以上(年末年始休み、夏季休暇3日間)
在宅勤務可能(試用期間終了後、毎週火水木曜日の2日間を自由選択可能)
