仕事内容:

【農業法人での庶務・事務作業】

・経理・財務業務の補助

請求書・領収書の整理、売掛金・買掛金の管理、経費精算、支払・入金に関するデータ管理など、日常的な経理業務の補助を行います。

・労務・人事業務の補助

勤怠データの確認・集計、入退社に伴う書類準備など、労務・人事業務のサポートを行います。

・総務・庶務業務

電話・メール・来客対応、書類作成・整理、備品・消耗品の管理・発注、社内ルールや各種帳票の管理など、会社運営を円滑にするための総務・庶務業務を担当します。

・生産・販売・在庫に関する事務対応

農作物の生産量・出荷量・販売量のデータ入力・管理、資材・在庫に関する事務処理など、事業運営に必要な各種データの整理・管理を行います。

・外部関係者との連絡・調整

税理士・社労士・取引先・業者などとの連絡窓口として、資料提出や日程調整などの事務対応を行います。

・繁忙期の農作業補助(必要に応じて)

繁忙期には、状況に応じて圃場での軽作業や収穫・選別など、簡単な農作業を手伝っていただく場合があります。
