【仕事内容】
Architecture Strategy & Vision:
Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive enterprise architecture strategy aligned with NN Life Japan's business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
Solution Design:
Lead and/or produce designs for scalable, resilient, and compliant IT solutions, including policy administration, claims management, underwriting, and customer engagement platforms.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure technology solutions meet operational requirements and regulatory expectations.
Governance & Compliance:
Support the establishment and ongoing operation of architecture governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., GDPR, FSA, FISC) and industry standards.
Technology Evaluation:
Evaluate emerging technologies—such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and data analytics—for their relevance and business value within the life insurance domain.
Integration & Interoperability:
Design and guide integration approaches across legacy systems, third-party applications, and new platforms to enable seamless data exchange and operational efficiency.
Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate architectural risks related to data privacy, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
Documentation & Communication:
Develop clear architectural documentation and effectively communicate technical concepts, standards, and patterns to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
【応募資格】
Qualifications
Extensive experience (ideally a minimum of 5 years) in architecture roles, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector, though not limited to these industries
Strong understanding of life insurance business processes, products, and the relevant regulatory environment
Solid knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
Proven experience with cloud technologies, microservices architecture, API management, and data architecture
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, GCP, Azure) are highly desirable but not mandatory
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus
Preferred Skills
Experience driving digital transformation initiatives and modernizing legacy systems
Knowledge of data privacy, cybersecurity practices, and regulatory compliance, particularly within the life insurance domain
Ability to lead change initiatives and foster innovation across cross-functional teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
