仕事内容


外装・屋根・塗装・防水など、各種工事の管理業務

・現場の工程、品質、安全、原価の管理

・施工スタッフとの打ち合わせ(進捗や段取りの確認など)

・現場での立ち合い、確認(高所確認を含む)

・報告書などの書類作成

など

未経験の方は、先輩のアシスタント業務からですので、安心してスタートできます。

求めている人材


【必須】

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

【優遇】

・建築業界での施工管理経験(工種・年数不問)

・建築施工管理技士(1級もしくは2級)をお持ちの方

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 24万6675円 〜 28万7750円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万3325円 〜 6万2250円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間 〜 30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
