未経験からエンタメ業界へ

漫画アニメ好き必見

BD/DVD化が決定した

自社制作のアニメーション作品を、

パッケージ商品(BD/DVD)として形にし

世に送り出すための進行管理や販促企画をお任せします。

主に、制作がスムーズに進むように

スケジュールを管理したり、

関係各所と連絡を取ったりするお仕事を

お任せします。

慣れてきたら、BD/DVDの販促企画や、

特典内容の企画までお任せしていきます。

  • パッケージ制作進行 ※メイン業務
  • デザイン会社への指示書作成・入稿・修正依頼
  • パッケージ裏面に使用するアニメのシーンの選定
  • 映像やデザインデータの入稿・チェック

  • 担当編集者、プロデューサー等への監修依頼・調整

  • 販促/企画

  • 販促企画の企画立案

(店舗特典や封入特典など)

  • 外部企業との折衝

(発売日調整や仕様の確認など)

  • SNSでの宣伝画像・投稿文の作成

  • その他事務作業

  • 自社ECサイト購入者への発送業務
  • 書店からの注文集計、電話/メール対応

スタートしていただきます。

できることからお任せしていきますので、

未経験の方でもご安心ください

【必須条件】

・Excelの基本操作ができる方

(関数の使用まで)

・Photoshopの基本操作ができる方

※基本操作:切り抜き、フレーム追加

※趣味での使用経験でもOK

・大人向けジャンル(メンズ/TL/BL)へのご理解をお持ちの方

【歓迎要件】

・制作進行/進行管理のご経験

(業界や商材は不問)

・社内外のスケジュール管理、やりとりをしたご経験

例)営業職、営業事務など

外部の方だとデザイナーさんや印刷所、

社内では原作の編集者や

アニメプロデューサーなど

様々な方とやり取りをしながら

お仕事をしていきます。

沢山の人とコミュニケーションを取ることが好きな方は大歓迎です

また、今まで培われたビジネスマナーや

趣味でPhotoshopを使用した経験などがあれば、すぐに活かせます

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

09:30 ~ 18:30

  • 実働8時間/休憩1時間
  • 全社平均残業時間:約14.5時間/月

  • 9:30~17:00をコアタイムとし、

出社時間を8:00~9:30の間で自由に設定可能

給与


年収 円 ~ 円

月給 255000円 ~ 300000円

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代:48,418円~56,962円

みなし残業時間:30.00時間

  • 経験・スキル・前職の年収を考慮
  • 年2回評価で昇給を決定
  • 通勤手当(30,000円/月まで※当社規定に基づき支給)
