仕事内容:

施工管理職のお仕事を募集いたします。

お客様の住まいづくりの"夢"を具体的にするために、住宅建築工事の着工から完成迄の施工管理、工程管理、品質管理を担当していただきます。

着工前準備、施行中の定期現場訪問、お客様への報告、打ち合わせ、工程管理が主な仕事です。

・施工図、施工計画書(工程表)の作成

※実務経験者、資格所有者の方優遇いたします。

勤務時間・曜日:

08:30~17:50

・実働8時間・休憩80分

・週休2日(原則:土日)

・月の平均残業時間・・・25時間前後
