組織・チームのミッション
- スマホ決済サービス「メルペイ」をはじめ、メルカリの決済事業・与信事業・暗号資産交換事業等におけるAML/CFT及び経済制裁対応業務全般をリードするチームのマネージャーを募集しています。
- 同チームは「持続的な事業の成長を可能にするために、柔軟性を兼ね備えた効果的なAML/CFTを推進する」というミッションを掲げ、事業部や組織の垣根を越えながら、日々業務を推進しています。
- 金融事業を担うメルペイやメルコイン、そしてメルカリにとって、マネー・ロンダリングやテロ資金供与等に不正利用されないよう、それぞれのビジネスにおけるリスクに応じた軽減策を施し、管理態勢を更に高度化していくことは必要不可欠です。
- 第2線としてAML/CFTや経済制裁規制に関する様々な対策や企画を推進し、経営や事業部門に対して実効的な牽制及びサポートを実施していただきます。

業務内容
本ポジションは、上記のとおり、AML/CFT所管チームのマネージャー(=管理職)です。同チームの具体的な業務は以下の通りです。これら業務全般の管理・推進が本ポジションに期待されます。
AML/CFT態勢および経済制裁対応における方針決定・対策実行
- 疑わしい取引の分析および対策検討
- 経営層への報告事項のとりまとめ
- 反社会的勢力の排除に関する対策・方針決定
- CDD/KYCにおける基準の方針決定
- AML/CFT関連システムに関する業務・システム要件定義
- 法改正に伴う態勢・運用の変更
- 監督官庁からの質問や検査への対応

- 最先端のテクノロジーを駆使したFintech企業において創意工夫をこらしながらマネー・ロンダリング等に係るリスク・課題に対処し解決できること
- 経営や事業部門と協力しながら新規事業のAML/CFT管理態勢を検討・整備し事業リリースさせる体験を得られること
- 月間2,300万人のお客さまを持つ、フリマアプリ「メルカリ」に加え、複数の事業から生じうるマネー・ロンダリング等リスクを管理していくこと
- AML/CFT等に係る他社との連携、及びキャッシュレス業界全体へ露出し、提言・活動を実施していくこと
応募要件- 求める経験・スキル
- メルカリ・メルペイ・メルコインのミッションとバリューへの強い共感
- チーム・マネジメント経験 (3年以上)
- 銀行・証券・FX業者・暗号資産交換業者等でのAML/CFT、金融犯罪対策や、経済制裁対応に関する業務経験(5年以上)
- AML/CFT、金融犯罪対策、経済制裁対応に関する深い知識と理解
- 特にFintech事業を含む金融ビジネスへの強い関心と理解
- 当局コミュニケーションや当局検査の実施経験
- 歓迎する経験・スキル
- ベンチャー企業やスタートアップでの業務経験
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験
- AMLや不正検知に関連するシステム・業務要件定義の業務経験
- 生成AIに係る知見や、生成AIを組み込んだ業務の実施経験
語学力
日本語:Independent (CEFR - B2) 必須
