仕事内容:
当社が運営する「やきとりの名門 秋吉」の各店舗にて、焼き鳥や揚げ物・一品料理などを調理するキッチンスタッフをお任せします。どの店舗も約1/3が常連のお客様。60年以上愛され続けた味を、あなたの手で守ってみませんか。
<具体的な仕事内容>
- 調理業務
炭火を使って焼き上げる焼き鳥や揚げ物・一品料理などの調理を行います。焼き鳥は、お肉の大きさや厚さ、脂の乗り具合によっても焼き方が変わるもの。焼き加減、塩加減など丁寧に教えますので、ゆっくりコツをつかんでいってください。入社後は先輩が一年かけて調理をお教えします。まずは、フライヤーから始め、包丁を使う料理、最後に焼き場に挑戦します。
- 接客業務
オープンキッチンの為、お客様との会話が活発です。居心地の良いコミュニケーションを心掛け、「また来るよ」と言っていただけるようなお店作りを目指します。
※各店とも、2~6名の社員と10~30名のアルバイトスタッフが働いてます。

勤務時間・曜日:
<一日の仕事の流れ>
13:00-この時間までに出勤。身支度を整えて食材のセッティングなど仕込みを行います。
15:30-ここから一時間の休憩です。食事もこの時間に済ませます。
16:30-開店準備を行います。
17:00-開店。お客様にサービスとお食事を提供。
途中休憩あり
22:30-閉店。後片付けやお店の清掃を行い、23時半くらいには、退店します
休暇・休日:
シフト制で週2~3回程度
みんなで協力して指定休も取りやすい
ほぼ全員連休とってます(笑)
勤務地:
池袋・神田・銀座・中野・上野・渋谷・横浜 関内に店舗がございます
給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥281,185 〜 ¥300,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥51,185(22時間相当分)を含む。22時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
待遇・福利厚生:
変形労働時間制 月平均171時間※店舗は22時30分に閉店し、24時までには完全撤退します。月給28万1185円~30万円※みなし残業手当(22時間分・5万1185円以上)を含みます。超過した場合は、別途支給いたします。<年収例>年収600万円(店長・40歳)※月給43万5000円+賞与・お休みー月8~9回 (年間100日)・有給休暇・慶弔休暇・昇給年1回(4月)・賞与年2回(7月・12月)・食品衛生責任者、防火管理責任者の講習費負担・社会保険完備・交通費・時間外手当(固定残業超過分を追加支給)・食事補助・慰労会・制服貸与・住宅補助・入社祝い金 ※当月中退社の場合は100%返金
※店舗は22時30分に閉店し、24時までには完全撤退します。

当社では定期的に調理技術の検定試験を実施し、常に技術の向上に取り組んでいます。1級から3級までの認定があり、成果は給与へ反映されます。独り立ち後はまず3級を目指し、より上級へとステップアップ。
