募集背景
昨今、データセンターの市場規模は年々拡大しており、今後の需要増加に伴い高い成長率を維持すると予想されております。

データセンターの主要市場である北米では次々と大規模データセンターが開発されており、私たちもメガマーケットである北米での事業参入を目指しております。

ここ数年でメンバーも純増しており、今後、事業をさらに次のフェーズへ進めるためには、大型施設の設備設計にまつわる知見を持った方に参画いただきたく、募集をしております。

仕事内容
データセンターに関して以下のいずれかの業務を担当いただきます。

・データセンター建築設計業務(意匠設計・構造設計・積算見積)

・データセンター現場管理業務(プロジェクト管理・コスト管理)

※中長期的には、適性を見ながら海外拠点での業務もご担当いただく可能性がございます。

また、前職でのご経歴やご志向性、ご希望によっては、製品の企画などもお任せいたします。

働き方
【組織構成】

・部全体では120名ほどの組織であり、プロジェクト毎に新規事業を推進しております。

・新しく立ち上がった部署のため、中途入社者や異動者が多く在籍しており、さまざまな知見・経験を持つメンバーと業務をすることが可能です。

・残業時間は平均17時間程度/月のため、ワークライフバランスを大切にご就業いただくことが可能です。

・リモートワークも活用可能で、育児や介護などの事情がある方でもワークライフバランスを大切にしていただけます

・事業開発を行っているフェーズのため、ただ1つのプロジェクトをお任せするだけでなく、ご希望やご志向性によっては企画に携わることも可能です

・ゆくゆくは海外拠点の事業立ち上げなどを視野に入れており、今後当社の中核となる事業の初期メンバーとして携わっていただけます

求める能力・経験・資格
【必須】

以下のいずれかの能力・経験を有している方

・データセンターや大型商業施設、冷凍倉庫等の建築・土木分野の計画、設計、積算等の経験

・大型産業機械(コンポーネント)の建築構造部分の計画、設計、積算等の経験

・データセンターや大型商業施設の設備管理運用の経験

・データセンターや大型商業施設、冷凍倉庫等の建設工事事務所における施工計画、施工管理の経験(一般的な大型建設工事の中で、機電設備工事の割合が多い工事経験であればなお良し)

【尚可】

・データセンター事業者もしくは、ゼネコン・設計会社、エンジニアリング会社での勤務経験

・建築確認・消防・インフラ(電気、水道、ガス)申請協議の業務経験者

・データセンター内の機械・電気設備の配置設計の業務経験者

・データセンター設備の運用設計に関する経験者

・データセンターのICT機器運用まで含めたエネルギーマネジメント最適化に関するソリューション開発経験

・タワークレーン基礎などの仮設構造物の設計業務経験者

・海外プロジェクトの経験(データセンター・大型商業施設・ビルなど)

・英語への関心がある方

・海外の建築に関する法令・規格に関する知見の有する方

・1級建築施工管理技士資格もしくはー級建築士資格を有する方

・設備設計一級建築士の資格を有している方

・技術士(建設部門)資格を有する方

勤務時間 8:30〜17:30(休憩時間12:00〜13:00) ※フルフレックスタイム制、標準労働時間:1にちあたり8時間

休日 ・年間休日126日(2024年度実績) ・完全週休2日制(土・日) ・祝日、年末年始休暇、夏季休暇、年次有給休暇(最大22日/年)、結婚休暇、出産休暇等 ・勤務地により休日振替あり
