仕事内容:

スマホゲーム運営◎KPI分析・施策立案メンバー募集売上予測やプロモーション戦略を担当★外部開発会社や社内チームと連携し、タイトルの成長を支えるポジション◎

運営中のタイトルにおいて、売上見込、施策内容、各種KPIの情報収取、プロモーション等、様々な役割を担っていただきます。

外部の開発会社様及び社内の各部署との調整業務が多く、コミュニケーション能力を必要とする業務内容になります。

基本的な運営業務(マスター入力、デバッグ、CS対応、サーバ保守など)は外部の開発会社様が担当しているので、

施策スケジュールに合わせた売上見込の策定や、プロモーション周りの取り回しなどが主たる業務内容になります。

■メンバー

現在20名規模の組織の中で、プロデューサー、ディレクター、プランナーが主なメンバーとなってます。

基本的には1タイトルを1名のマネージャーおよび1名のプランナーで担当しています。
