【主な業務内容】

・型枠の組立作業

・墨出し、コンクリート打設の補助

※病院・学校など大型公共案件が中心

  • 月給33~40万円の安定収入
  • 経験10年以上年収460万円以上可
  • 職長クラス年収500万円超も視野に

【勤務時間】

8:00~17:00(休憩120分)

実働7時間/家族時間も確保

【応募に必要な条件】

・型枠大工の実務経験10年以上

・普通自動車免許(AT限定OK)

※現場まではマイカー通勤が基本です

【活かせる経験・資格】

・型枠施工技能士1級

・型枠支保工の作業主任者

・玉掛け技能講習の修了者

・大手ゼネコン現場の経験(1年以上)

【重視していること】

・作業前の打ち合わせや

連携がスムーズにできる方

・日本語での会話に不自由がない方

年齢の条件と理由:あり(例外事由1号・65歳未満(定年のため))

実働時間:1日あたり7時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり22日 〜 24日

8:00~17:00

給与詳細


基本給:月給 33万円 〜 40万円

固定残業代:なし

  • 職長や班長になった場合は、

月給45万以上も可能です

給与例


【年収例】

・経験10年:年収約460万円~

(月給33万円×12ヶ月+賞与2ヶ月分)

・職長クラス:年収560万円〜

(月給40万円×12ヶ月+賞与2ヶ月分)

・職長クラスさらに昇格後:年収620万円〜

(月給45万円×12ヶ月+賞与2ヶ月分)

※月給45万円以上の昇格例もあり
