仕事内容


専用の機械を使って、紙を裁断するお仕事に携わっていただきます


・規格のサイズへの裁断作業

・印刷物を専用の機械に積み上げてもらう作業

・断裁された印刷物をパレットに積み込む作業

ゆっくり無理なく着実にお仕事を

覚えていけるようにサポートしてまいります。

東京西工場全体は180名程在籍しています。

印刷に関わるお仕事が初めてだったメンバーもたくさん活躍中です。

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり165時間

日勤:8時30分~18時15分

夜勤:20時30分~翌6時15分

※休憩:90分

シフト制

変形労働時間制(1ヶ月単位)シフト

上限を週40時間、月平均165時間、年間1980時間

*所定の労働日・休日はシフト表により決定し、

給与詳細


基本給:月給 20万円 〜 32万円

固定残業代:なし

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

月給200000円〜320000円

(※想定年収 2,800,000円 ~ 4,480,000円)

※給与幅は経験能力による

  • 昇給:1回/年(6月)
  • 賞与:2回/年(4月・10月)

※人事評価制度登用により反映されます。

※以下は要件を満たした場合に支給対象となります。

・住宅支援補助 2万円~3万円
