  • 業務内容

・上流工程(企画/設計)

…社内システム(販売管理、生産管理)

を管轄している部門と連携しながら推進いただきます。

・工場内現場にて課題がどこにあるのか把握

・自動化に向けた最適な設備投資提案

・工場内のIT関連における棚卸業務

・生産管理システムのプログラム開発(開発経験のない方はフォロー致します)

また、将来活躍の場を広げるためにECサイト構築にも関わることが可能です。

・データベース…DBMS は MySQL

・開発言語…PHP

・サーバ/ネットワーク…・オンプレミス、クラウド

  • 組織構成:

配属部署は30代から50代の男性6名・女性1名で構成されております。

今回のポジションの方には工場内DX化に向けた重要ミッションをお任せする予定です。

より生産性高く、安定して製品供給ができる体制づくりを目指して頂きます。

・生産管理システム構築経験

・休日:10日/月(シフト制)

※会社カレンダーによる

※土日祝休みを取得する社員がほとんどです。

※土日祝出勤をする場合でも月1~2回程度です。

・年次有給休暇(試用期間満了後に付与)

・看護・介護休暇(規程の要件を満たした場合適用)

基本給:年俸 372万8030円 〜 522万250円

固定残業代:あり

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

1年あたり127万1970円 〜 177万9750円

年俸制:500万円~700万円

【1ヶ月当たりの固定残業代】

※固定残業代(45時間相当分)を支給

※45時間相当分額:90,855円〜127,125円

※45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給

月額:357,143円~500,000円

年額(基本給):3,728,032円~5,220,250円

※年収上限に限らず経験等を踏まえて決定します。

・昇給年1回(6月)

・賞与年2回(4月・10月)

※年俸制の金額は賞与を含めた金額

※月額は年俸額の1/14支給し、

残りを賞与として、年2回(4月・10月)支給しております。
