8:30~17:30 ※残業30分~1時間/日 予定があれば定時退社もOKです

給与

時給時給1,600円+交通費支給

月収例:240,000円(時給×7.5時間×20日勤務の場合)※残業代別途支給(1分単位) 給与支払い:毎月末日締め/翌月15日支払い 年末調整/源泉徴収 …当社で対応OK

【仕事内容】

総務部にて幅広いお仕事をお任せ

〇庶務・管理業務

・各種書類の作成、ファイリング

・郵便物の仕分け、発送作業

・事務用品や備品の補充

(Web発注、近隣への買い出し)

※決まったフォーマット有

〇IT・備品管理

・新入社員向けのスマートフォン、PCの初期設定

・セキュリティ関連機器、ソフトの入れ替え対応

・PC、スマホなどの棚卸し

〇経理補助

・売掛金、売上金のデータ入力、照合など
