TTMCYとキャパシティランプの確立に向けて、多角的に活動し、業務・改善を進めて行きます。
新規最先端装置の導入や改造を行い、Capacityの向上、歩留まりの向上、を進めます。
開発製品の導入時には、製品や生産技術の問題点を洗い出し、関連部門と連携しながら、量産化を実現して行きます。
装置Vendorと協働して新しい技術を確立し、問題の解決を遂行します。
他Areaや他部門含めて、マネージャー、エンジニア及びテクニシャンとコミュニケーションをとり、改善活動を牽引します。
