Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Design and development of abatement equipment
- Technical review of treatment methods, including combustion, wet, dry, and plasma treatment
- Design and specification of equipment structure and function
- Development of treatment technology for hazardous gases (SiH₄, PH₃, AsH₃, HF, Cl₂, etc.)
- Establish and improve process condition and technology.
- Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
- Establish and modify process management projects.
- Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
- Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
- Abnormal analysis and improvement.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements: (Not all of the following conditions need to be met.)
- Min. 3 years of experience in manufacturing
- Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering.
- Enthusiasm for learning, growth and personal development.
- English communication skills (must be willing to learn English).
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Commitment and persistence in achieving goals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a variety of counterparts to achieve ultimate goals.
- Ability to manage time and multi-task abilities.
- Experience in designing and evaluating abatement equipment
- Knowledge of chemical engineering, environmental engineering, and mechanical engineering
- Understanding of plasma processing, gas piping, and vacuum technology
- Experience in safety management and regulatory compliance
