【部署・サービスについて】

情報システム本部は開発部、編成部、プロデュース部で構成されており、開発部は保険販売システムや契約管理システム、コールセンター業務に関わるシステムなど楽天インシュアランスプランニングの中核となるシステムの開発/保守/運用をする部門になります。

上記のシステムの開発/保守/運用をするにあたり楽天グループの最新技術やサービスの利用など様々な技術に触れる機会があります。

また楽天グループ内の事業と協業してサービスを展開するため、保険だけでなく様々なサービスの知見も得ることができます。

【募集背景】

弊社サービスの拡大に伴い、開発/保守/運用の増員、増強をします。

【業務内容】

業務内容は弊社サービスの開発/保守/運用となり、主に以下の2つがメインとなります。
 

<プロジェクトの管理/担当(要件定義~リリース)>

要件の調整から設計、開発、テスト及びリリースまでの進捗、課題管理や成果物のレビュー等の品質管理。

※なお最初は自ら上記の工程を実施していただき開発の流れを把握していただく予定です。

<各種システムの管理/保守/運用>

各種システムの機能改善、不具合対応、バージョンアップ対応や各種マスタ更新などの案件管理。

弊社では担当しているサービスの成長に貢献するため、開発と保守/運用の担当を分断していません。このため自ら開発したシステムが、お客様に利用される状況を目の当たりにすることで、大きな達成感を得られます。

また、担当しているシステムを継続的に改善して、成長させていくことを実感できます。

【必須要件】

・8年以上のWebアプリケーション開発の経験

・システム要件定義~総合テストまでの網羅的な経験

・チームリーダーの経験(3人以上のチーム)

・設計、ソース、テスト項目のレビュワー経験

・自走、チャレンジするマインド(一人称で動ける)

【歓迎要件】

・PM,PMO,PLの経験

・保険業界での開発経験

・Salesforceでの開発経験

・Javaでの開発経験

・SPA(React等)での開発経験

・WebAPI(REST)の開発経験

・Docker, kubernetesでの開発経験

・CI/CDの経験(Jenkins、git等を使ったサービスデリバリーのオートメーション)

・パフォーマンスチューニングの経験

・WAFの導入、運用の経験

・脆弱性テストの実施、結果分析経験

・サイバー攻撃の検知、分析、対応経験
