当社は、1974年に創業しました。社会と産業のインフラを支えるために、
- UPS(無停電電源装置)
- 制御機器、電気盤設備などの電気機器を一貫して製造するEMS(製造受託サービス)
が主な業務です。大手電機メーカーの1次パートナーとして働き、さまざまな制御設備を納入しています。
私たちの製品は、大規模ビル、病院、データセンター、工場、発電施設、鉄道などの社会インフラや、製造工場で使用されるFA機器(レーザー加工装置、放電加工装置)などの産業インフラ分野で幅広く活用されています。高品質な製品は、世界のネットショッピング大手や、国内外の電気通信サービスなどに使用され、安定した運用を支えています。
当社は、産業用電気機器の設計から手配・製造・試験・出荷・現地作業までを一貫して行う生産体制を整備しており、「高品質・高能率生産」を実現するセル生産方式を導入しています。これにより、多品種少量生産への高い対応力を持っています。
パワーエレクトロニクス分野をはじめとした産業用電気機器の製造を行っており、今後さらに需要が増すと予想される制御盤、配電盤分野の品質管理体制を強化する予定です。

【お仕事内容】
名古屋営業所での既存取引先営業をお任せします。
《営業の流れと致しましては》
訪問情報収集仕様・希望ヒアリング
見積・納期作成受注納品
具体的には・・・
- 既存取引先からの相談や依頼への対応
- 取引先担当部門への定期的な連絡や訪問を通じて情報収集
- 要望をヒアリングし、自社製造部門と連携して最適な提案(設計提案)を実施
- 新規受注品の見積り作成、価格決定、工場での生産立ち上げの取りまとめ
- 受注後は生産指示、納品・検収処理、顧客との納期調整や価格改定など対応
- 継続受注品の工場への生産指示、納品・検収処理、顧客との納期調整や価格改定

\基本的に出張はありません。まれに日帰りで横浜出張がある程度/
既存取引先からの発注や相談への対応をお任せします。
当社は受注生産品が多数を占めており、お客様の要望をヒアリング、製造部門と連携して最適な提案を実施しています。若手の方は新規受注品の立上げプロジェクトを生産部門と共に進めることや、新規受注企業開拓するなど経験を積んでいただきます。専門的な知識は入社後でOKです。
- 入社後の流れ
入社後約6カ月本社滋賀工場にて商品知識習得等を目的とした研修があり、この期間に
技術・品質・製造現場部門などの方々の仕事内容を理解し広い交友関係を構築することが、
今後の業務を円滑に進めるのに大いに役立ちます。
業界未経験の方は先輩社員に同行からスタートサポート的な仕事から開始して頂きます。
また、分からないことは何でも先輩社員に質問し、細かいことでも一つずつコミュニケーションを取りながら仕事を覚えていただければと思います。

当社は土日祝日はお休みで年間休日が115日とお休みが充実しています。
新規開拓も無く、転勤などもありません。精神的にも体力的にも
無理せず長く腰を据えて勤務することが可能です
入社前の面接でも、入社後でもしっかりと要望はお伺いしますので、当社で新しいお仕事にチャレンジされたい方をお待ちしております。
