環境・安全衛生管理スタッフ (Environmental Health & Safety)
<職務内容>
環境・安全衛生(EHS)の専門家として、Western Digital のEHSプログラム、及び、法令順守に向けた取り組みをリードし、労働安全衛生、及び、環境に配慮した職場環境の構築するため、環境・安全衛生(EHS)活動を推進し、職場の安全文化を強化する取り組みを担当いただきます。
具体的な業務は以下の通り。
- EHS運用管理および労働安全衛生(OHS)プログラムの開発・維持
・KPIの監視、事故防止プログラムの実施
・機械安全やOHS関連設備の管理
・人間工学プログラム、危険要因の特定、リスク評価の管理
・防火防災プログラムに関する社内研修の実施 - ERP(緊急対応プログラム)の統括
・自衛消防隊、緊急時対応チームの運用
・AEDの管理 - 避難訓練の企画・実施
・防火及び災害対応のための訓練を実施 - 法令順守のための管理
・EHS関連法令および当社基準の遵守のための対応
資格
<必須となる経験、資格、スキル>
- 高専卒・大卒以上
- 製造業等事業所においてEHS関連業務経験(2年以上)
- 安全・衛生管理者資格を有する又はそれに準ずる知識を有する
- 日本語でEHS関連の法規制や要求事項を理解し、適用できる能力を有する
- 英語での文書・会話スキル(メール・資料作成において英語を使用、英会話はチーム内コミュニケーションが中心)
<あれば望ましいスキル>
- 理系(機械・安全工学、労働安全衛生、環境科学、化学など)の学位取得の方
- 防火防災管理者資格や、防災士資格を有する又はそれに準ずる知識を有する。
- 組織内で良好な関係を構築できる優れた調整力、コミュニケーション能力を有すること。
- 自立して考え、自発的に業務を遂行できる。
- マルチタスク能力を有し、チームで協力して働くことが出来る

【想定年収】750万円 ~ 850万円
月給:29万円以上 ※経験・スキルを勘案の上、決定
※資格別定額賞与(年2回)、インセンティブ(年1回)
※裁量労働制を選択の場合、裁量勤務手当を支給

【勤務時間】8:45~17:15 (休憩1時間)※実働7時間30分/日

裁量労働制の場合:専門業務型/みなし労働時間:7時間30分/日
※担当職務の内容・職務遂行の態様に基づき個別に決定します。

引越手当(独身者/単身者:450,000円、家族帯同:750,000円)
