・①リスクマネジメント、②クライシスマネジメント、③内部統制モニタリング統制…管理職:1名

・②クライシスマネジメント…3名

・様々な職務経験(経理・品質・安全管理等)の方々で構成されており、年齢や役職に関係なくフラットに議論、相談が行える組織です。

・担当を任された仕事は、基本的に担当者自身で主体的に進めることができます。

・定年退職者の人員補充に加え、昨今、企業においてリスクマネジメント強化が求められている事から、組織強化のための増員採用です。

<担当業務>


【職務内容】

・特定の業務に縛られる事はなく、グループ全体のリスクマネジメントの主管部署として国内外の拠点、他の機能軸と連携しながら業務にあたります。

①リスクマネジメント

・リスク特定・評価・予防策の推進

・経営層へのリスクモニタリング報告事務局

・ステークホルダーへのリスク評価等の開示

・内部統制とリスクマネジメント教育(グループ会社責任者向け・従業員向け)

②クライシスマネジメント

・緊急事態・災害等有事の際の事業継続計画(BCP)の全社的推進・強化

・危機管理体制の整備

・緊急事態、災害時対応

③内部統制モニタリング統制(Nittoグループオリジナルリスクモニタリング:NIMS)

・NIMS事務局(モニタリング体制企画、推進、経営層への報告)

【入社後まずお任せしたい業務】

・まずは、内部統制モニタリング統制(Nittoグループオリジナルリスクモニタリング:NIMS)の事務局として、モニタリング体制企画、推進、経営層への報告に携わって頂きます。

・併せてリスクマネジメントにおいて、リスク特定及び評価方法の標準化と運用推進に携わって頂きます。

・共にグローバル本社である各機能軸部署やエリア統括会社および国内外のグループ会社、時には経営層など多くの方々と連携頂きながら、業務に取り組んで頂きます。

【将来的にお任せしたい業務/キャリアパスのイメージ】

・1~3年:1つの業務テーマに絞らず、現状の各業務リーダーの元、各テーマの担当業務の実施を通じて、グローバルなリスクマネジメント全貌を理解頂きます。

・3~5年:経験した知識を活かし、主体的にテーマの提案・推進頂く事を期待しています。

<働き方>


【出張(国内/海外)】

・必要に応じて、適宜、国内外拠点への出張有

【テレワーク】

・平均週2日ほど宅勤務するメンバーが多いです。

・コアレスフレックス制を導入しており、柔軟な働き方を支援しています。

【残業時間】

・平均月5~10時間以内程度です。
