リモート可】プロダクトマネージャー(リーダー候補/カラオケまねきねこアプリ等エンタメの企画)

【仕事内容】

※コシダカホールディングスにて採用後、コシダカデジタルへ出向となります

累計1500万ダウンロードを突破した「カラオケまねきねこ」アプリをはじめとした、

各種デジタルサービスの企画立案-推進/改善まで一気通貫でお任せしていきます。

入社後、まずは「カラオケまねきねこ」アプリの機能の企画/改善を進めながら業務に慣れていただき、

ゆくゆくプロダクトマネージャーとして新規サービスも企画段階からお任せしていきます。

将来的には組織のマネジメントや、

事業開発や他ポジションへのキャリアチェンジなど、

本人の希望や適性を考慮しながら自由にキャリアを描くことができます。

【具体的には】

・経営陣、開発チーム、営業チームと合意したプロダクトのロードマップ作成

・ユーザーの課題を発見し、解決に向けた機能の企画/改善

・プロダクト開発プロジェクト全体の進捗管理とファシリテーション

・プロダクトの目標設定とSQLなどを用いた分析・課題発見

【求める人材】

・PdM または PO の実務経験(2年以上)

・リード PdM や PO として、サービスのローンチまたはグロースに貢献した経験

・顧客提供価値を意識した開発優先度を決定するスキル

・仮説に対して適切な検証を設計できるスキル

・ビジネスチームや顧客から課題・仮説を引き出すコミュニケーション能力

【給与】

年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
