・情報システム兼バックオフィス担当

50名規模コンサルティングファームのIT基盤を支える中核メンバー

■ 仕事内容

当社の情報システム領域の専任担当として、

ITインフラの企画・運用、ヘルプデスク、IT資産管理、情報セキュリティ対応など、社内IT全般をリードいただきます。

また、総務等のバックオフィス業務にも関与いただく想定です。

ITの専門性を活かしつつ、事業成長を支える社内インフラ構築に主体的に携われるポジションです。

■ 主な業務内容

1)社内情報システムの企画・構築・運用

・Microsoft 365 / Entra ID(Azure AD)の設計・運用

・Intune / Autopilot等 を活用したデバイス管理

・必要に応じた社内システム、SaaSの導入

・アカウント管理、権限設計

・Microsoft 管理コンソール(Microsoft 365 Admin / Entra Admin / Intune Admin)での運用構築

2)社内ヘルプデスク/IT資産管理

・PC・周辺機器のキッティング、初期セットアップ

・社内からのIT関連問い合わせ対応(一次対応〜改善提案)

・IT資産管理(PC、ライセンス、アカウント)

・トラブルシューティング・障害対応

3)情報セキュリティ/リスク管理

・セキュリティポリシー運用・改善

・インシデント管理、外部委託先の管理

・サイバーセキュリティ対策の企画・実行

・ISMS レベルのルール運用サポート

4)バックオフィス(総務)関連業務(IT関連が中心)

入退社に伴うIT・備品手配フローの運用

社内備品管理(IT備品含む)

全社イベントや社内プロジェクトにおけるIT企画サポート

■ 必須(MUST)要件

以下いずれも満たす方:

・大学卒業以上の学力

・自走して改善提案・効率化を進められる方

・ITに関する基礎知識

■ 歓迎(WANT)要件

・事業会社における社内SE / 情報システム部門での実務経験(目安:3年以上)

Microsoft 管理コンソール(Microsoft 365 / Entra ID / Intune)を用いたアカウント管理・ポリシー設定・デバイス管理経験

・PC・ネットワーク・クラウドに関する基本的な知識

・ITインフラ(ネットワーク、サーバ)設計・構築の経験

・SaaS導入・業務改善プロジェクトの推進経験

・情報セキュリティ業務経験(ISMS、内部監査など)

・総務/バックオフィス業務の経験

・コンサルティング会社・IT企業での勤務経験
