シフト制電話対応なし服装自由

  • 補助金申請業務を行う事務センターで管理者をお任せします。

・10名ほどの社員の管理

・事務処理の効率化

・業務報告(MTGが発生いたします)

・申請処理(入力作業が主な業務です)

・Excel・社内システム対応

・電話対応はございません。

<研修について>

社内研修、クライアント研修など、さまざまな研修を受講していただきます。

必要なタイミングでご自身に合った「オーダーメイド研修」を受講することも可能です

入社時、1日は社内研修を実施します。初歩的なビジネスマナーやコンプライアンスなど、基本的な座学を行います。

その後は、クライアント先での実務研修を通して、スキルを身につけていきましょう。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

9:00〜18:00

所定労働時間:8時間、休憩1時間

平均月10〜20時間程度

基本給:月給 23万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

月給(基本給):230,000円

・残業手当:残業時間に応じて1分単位で全額支給

・通勤手当:自宅から勤務地までの最安ルートでの金額にて支給

・昇給:年2回(半期に1回の評価面談)

・賞与:年1回(業績による)

・インセンティブ:プロジェクト難易度によって有無
