メインのお仕事は、タクシードライバーさんの

◎社会保険業務

◎勤怠管理

◎売上管理業務

などですタクシー会社とはいえ、一般的な総務・人事のお仕事と違いはありません。

陰ながらドライバーを支える存在として、皆さんとコミュニケーションをとりながら、お仕事をサポートしてください。

★今後、当社では新システムを導入予定それに伴い業務の効率化を進めていくお仕事もお任せします

\\一日の仕事の流れは?//

午前中は、経理スタッフが担当している未収管理のお手伝いをしたり、社会保険に関する業務などを行います。午後は銀行などへ外出することが多いです。

ゆくゆくは、タクシーの安全な運行のために、ドライバーの健康状態のチェックや勤務時間の調整などの業務を行う「運行管理者」のお仕事にもキャリアアップができますよ実務経験を積みながら「運行管理者」の国家資格も取得が可能です

勤務時間は、9時~17時半の日勤のみタクシー会社ですが、総務部には夜勤はありません。月の出勤日数24日のシフト制で、基本的に日曜は休み24日中4日間が9時~13時の半日の勤務です

正直、総務なので決算期はちょっと忙しいのですが…それ以外は残業時間も月10時間程度。

趣味の時間や家族や友人との時間を大切にしながら、働くことができますよ。

シフト制(月24日出勤/日曜固定休み)

<勤務時間>

月~土曜日:9時~17時30分(休憩60分・実働7時間30分)

※うち月4回は、9時~13時(休憩なし・実働4時間)の半日勤務です。

※残業は月平均10時間程度です。

※繁忙期あり(決算期)

月6日~7日(シフト制)

給与:

月給300,000円~400,000円(基本給+固定残業代+各種手当)

※固定残業代(15時間)を超過した場合は、時間外手当を追加で支給
