こんにちは。桑田種苗店の桑田です。
当社はパイプハウスの組み立てや養液栽培の機器の設置、また施設のメンテナンスを主な事業としています。皆さんもイチゴ狩りなどで大きな農業ハウスに入られたことがあるのではないでしょうか。あのような大型のハウスから手頃なパイプハウスまで農業施設の設置をしたり、ハウス内で使用する機械を設置したり、設置した施設や機械をメンテナンスをしたりするのが私たちの主な仕事です。
私たちは近年増加する大型台風に備える農業施設を作り、また、資材の高騰に対策した、高価になり過ぎず・求めやすい設備を販売することで農家さんに喜んでもらえる会社を目指しています。
対応エリアは、千葉県茂原市を拠点に、北は船橋市、東は旭市、南は勝浦市、西は市原市くらいまで広く農家さんからの依頼にお応えできるよう、体制を整えています。
今回、このお仕事を一緒にやってみたいという方を新たに募集いたします。
- 求める人物像
農業施設(パイプハウスなど)の設置などは経験が無いとできないのでは?と思われる方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、そんなことはありません。初めは補助的な業務からやっていただきますので、未経験の方でも大歓迎です。実際、今働いているスタッフももともとは花屋さんだったり、会社員だったりと、初めは未経験だったメンバーばかりです。また、力作業をイメージされる方も多いかもしれませんが、組み立てや設置が主な業務ですので、体力・腕力自慢の方でなくても問題ありません。年齢・経験・体力は一切不問です。
DIYに興味があるという方や、手に職を付けたいという方でしたらきっと面白みを感じていただける仕事です。農業用ハウスはもちろん、家の物置や車庫くらいは作れるようになるはずです。
- 勤務日数などは自由です
会社は日曜と祝日が定休日で、それ以外は稼働しているのですが、当社では勤務日数は本人たちの希望で働けるようにしています。(但し、週3日以上の勤務は必要)
給与は日給月給制ですので、しっかり稼ぎたい人は週6日勤務で働くこともできますし、ゆとりを持って働きたい方は週3日とか4日の勤務でも構いません。また、期間限定で働いてみたいという方も大歓迎です。(但し3か月以上勤務は必要)
例えば、先々新規就農を目指している方や農家出身で先々実家に戻って就農をされる方などにはおススメです。ご自身でハウスを建てたり、機械のメンテナンスができるようになりますよそのほか、手に職を付けるために期間を決めて働きたい方など、ご希望があればぜひ面接時にお伝えください。
- 農家さんに喜ばれる仕事です
私たちが建てるハウスは、農家さんにとって大切な商売道具です。
いいハウスと充実した設備を引き渡せたとき、自分たち自身の達成感ももちろんありますが、農家さんに喜んでいただけるのがなによりのやりがいです。そして、私たちの仕事はそれだけでは終わりません。定期的にそのハウスや設備のメンテナンスも依頼されることが多いので、農家さんとの関係はずっと続いていきます。自分の手でやったことで、誰かの役に立っているということが実感できる仕事です。
- 寮完備遠方からの応募も歓迎します
当社は、家具・家電付きの寮もありますので、遠方からの応募も大歓迎です。
事務所から歩いてすぐのところにありますので、車をお持ちでない方でも働けます。
また、千葉県内にお住まいの方でしたら直行直帰という選択肢もありますので、千葉県内にお住いの方で、事務所まで毎日通うのが大変という方もぜひご相談ください。
