Job Title: Civil Site Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct civil design work as per project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee cost estimation processes and schedule development for various construction projects.
- Supervise construction processes to ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and project teams.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables through comprehensive project management practices.
- Prepare and submit regular construction progress reports to enhance project transparency.
- Act as the primary liaison with civil engineering contractors to ensure project compliance and progress tracking.
- Arrange and attend meetings with contractors and stakeholders to discuss project developments and resolutions.
- Conduct technical evaluations and provide reports to guide decision-making throughout project phases.
- Provide technical support for on-site issues and maintain adherence to safety standards.
- Perform detailed site assessments and surveys to identify requirements and potential challenges.
- Engage in budget planning and financial management for construction projects.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional certification or registration as a civil engineer would be advantageous.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or site management roles.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects from conception to completion.
- Strong experience in coordinating projects with diverse stakeholders and contractors.
- Familiarity with current civil engineering practices, tools, and technologies.
