Job Overview

You will be a lead for the collection, consolidation, and strategic use of consumer data for the planning of branded social media content and engagement across the end-to-end consumer journey, leveraging the power of social listening.
You will be working for one of the most iconic global beverage accounts on the planet, consisting of a portfolio of some of the world's most popular drinks brands, to support their marketing campaigns in Japan.

Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee the Insight & Data analytics work and deliver reports that will help the client find new optimization opportunities with a focus on social media.
  • Craft data and insight that address client's business challenges and needs and lead other team members of various expertise to deliver that client need whether data is the final output or not.
  • Provide support to answer business questions around competitive intelligence, customer insight (especially how to design innovative ways to get consumer insight) and segmentation, business growth opportunities, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Help Social Media data interconnect with the wider business data workstreams – CRM, Paid Media, Customer Experience, etc.
  • Core Duties

  • Strategic planning and implementation of data collection, using social listening methodology and tools to support optimized social media content.
  • Translate marketing and business objectives/challenges into effective data collection and analysis strategy, approaches, and workflows.
  • Understand social listening data visualized on the dashboard accurately and generate utility insights.
  • Enable customer, market, channel, product, and brand understanding and deliver actionable insight to internal teams (account managers, strategist, technologists, PMs, and creatives) and/or clients.
  • Identify opportunities (markets, segments, products) leveraging data to help client's business growth.
  • Qualifications

  • Strong working experience with enterprise-level social listening tools such as Sprinklr, Netbase, BrandWatch
  • Experience interpreting consumer data visualized on a reporting dashboard to generate insights
  • Ability to 'humanize' data and unlock the value of data for clients and the rest of the agency
  • Required total years of professional experience: Minimum 5 years
  • At least 3 years of solid hands-on experience in data analysis, digital analytics, designing reports.
  • [Nice to have] Experience in CRM/user management/commerce data analytics and/or statistic modeling

  • 競合との差別化分析、消費者に関するインサイト(特にインサイトを得るための革新的な方法を設計する方法)、セグメンテーション、ビジネス成長機会、マーケティング効果に関するビジネス上の疑問に答えるためのサポートを提供する。
  • ソーシャルメディアのデータが、CRM、ペイドメディア、カスタマーエクスペリエンスなど、より広範なビジネスデータと相互接続できるようサポートする。
  • Core Duties 主な業務内容

  • ソーシャルメディアコンテンツを最適化するために、ソーシャルリスニングの方法論とツールを使用して、データ収集を戦略的に計画し実施する。
  • マーケティング及びビジネスの目的/課題を元に、効果的なデータ収集・分析に向けた戦略、アプローチ、ワークフローを設計する。
  • ダッシュボードに可視化されたソーシャルリスニングデータを正確に理解し、実用的なインサイトを提案する。
  • 消費者、市場、チャネル、製品、ブランドを理解し、実用的なインサイトを社内チーム(アカウントマネージャー、ストラテジスト、テクノロジスト、プロジェクトマネージャー、クリエイティブ)やクライアントに提供する。
  • クライアントのビジネス成長を支援するために、データを活用して機会(市場、セグメント、製品)を特定する。
