職務内容

  • 具体的な業務内容:

一般製造業、物流業界向けの物流・搬送システムのサービスエンジニアをご担当いただきます。

流通業、食品・医薬品・アパレルメーカーなどの納入先にて、協力会社と協力し、物流・搬送システム(自走台車・コンベア・自動倉庫など)の定期点検及びメンテナンスを行います。

<主な業務内容>

・協力会社と協力し、保全計画に沿ったメンテナンス業務をしていただきます。

・保全などの現場経験を積んでから、客先に合わせた保全計画の作成や提案業務も行います。

・リニューアルや予防保全の提案

・トラブル対応

・工事計画、安全管理、パートナー会社への労務費発注など

・月に3~4回待機当番があります。現場の状況によりますが、実際にお客様先に出向くのは月に1回程度です。

  • やりがい・魅力:

・製品納品後の顧客窓口となります。単発ではなく、長期的な信頼関係を築いていくことが可能です。アフターサービスへの信頼=ダイフクの信頼へと繋がっていくやりがいを感じることができます

  • 入社後のキャリア:

・入社から3年程度は工事と点検をメインに経験を積んでいただきます。リニューアル提案は約3年経験を積んだ後に行っていただきます。

(※据付工事については1~2週間程度の小規模なものはサービス部で担当していく。)

・3年目以降はパートナー会社社員の管理監督業務の比率が増えます。

経験・能力・資格等

  • 必修条件:

・自動車運転免許

・第二種電気工事士

  • 歓迎条件:

・過去に設備保全経験もしくはフィールドエンジニア経験者希望(機械、電気メンテナンスの経験がある方)

・大型の機器メンテ経験

・電気は制御系の知識が必要

一般製造業・流通業向けシステム

eコマースを含む小売・卸、運輸・倉庫などの流通分野と、食品、薬品・化学、機械などの製造分野向けに事業を展開。自動倉庫をはじめとする各種保管システム、搬送システムや仕分け・ピッキングシステムなどを組み合わせ、お客さまごとに最適化した物流システムを提供します。IoTやAIなど先進技術を活用して「スマートロジスティクス」の実現をサポートします。

給与情報

  • 平均年収 822万円(2024年12月現在・平均年齢41歳)
  • 2025年度賞与実績:夏季4.04カ月、冬季4.04カ月

(※但し、初年度は賞与対象期間に在籍している期間に応じた額となります。)

  • モデル年収:27歳(独身) 700万円/30歳(配偶者有・子1) 760万円/35歳(配偶者有・子2) 890万円
  • 給与備考:年収想定 下限(新卒入社初年度)~上限(40歳想定)

高卒:初任給 208,000円/月 年収想定 300万円~840万円

大卒:初任給 275,000円/月 年収想定 400万円~840万円

大学院卒:初任給 292,000円/月 年収想定 420万円~840万円

※下限は入社初年度の賞与計算(約1.4カ月/年)となります。2年目以降は賞与実績相当となります。(年度毎に業績・評価などの要素で変動あり)
