Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets relating to business challenges.
- Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms to enhance decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for data engineering tasks ensuring data quality and efficiency.
- Utilize data visualization tools to convey findings to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with current trends and technologies in data science and digital transformation (DX).
- Document processes and prepare reports to share insights with technical and non-technical teams.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data engineering, and machine learning techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 4 years of relevant experience in data science or related roles.
- Experience in working with big data technologies and frameworks.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Background in digital transformation projects is a plus.
