業務内容 / Responsibilities
- 法人クライアント(上場企業や外資系日本法人等)に係る税務申告書の作成・レビュー
- 上記の法人クライアントに対する税務顧問・税務相談その他の税務アドバイス
- 上記の法人クライアントに対する税務調査対応
- 外国税額控除・タックスヘイヴン税制等の国際課税制度に係る各種アドバイス及び別表作成
- 組織再編成・連結納税制度に係る各種アドバイス及び別表作成

応募資格 / Requirements and Qualifications

【マネージャー/Manager】

MUST
- 大手会計事務所もしくは上場会社経理部での7年以上の税務コンプライアンス業務経験
- 税理士、税理士試験合格者(大学院卒による科目免除を含む)又は税理士試験科目合格者
- 公認会計士あるいは税務実務経験者

- 日本語:ビジネスレベル

- 英語:TOEIC 700点以上

  • Microsoft Excel・Word・PowerPointの使用経験

WANT
- 大規模法人への関与経験、連結納税、組織再編のアドバイザリー経験があれば尚可
- ビジネス英語の使用経験、海外留学、海外勤務経験があれば尚可

  • Microsoft Exel関数やマクロ等の経験があれば尚可

【シニア~アシスタントマネージャー/Senior~Assistant Manager】

MUST
- 大手会計事務所もしくは上場会社経理部での4年以上の税務コンプライアンス業務経験

Services:


  • Our department provides tax compliance services for Japanese listed companies and the Japanese entities of foreignaffiliated corporations.
  • We also provide tax consulting services for the types of corporate clients described above.

Location:

Tokyo

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and reviewing tax filings for corporate clients (including Japanese listed companies and the Japanese entities of foreignaffiliated corporations)
  • Providing tax advice, consulting, and other taxrelated services for the types of clients described above
  • Providing support for tax examination compliance for the types of clients described above
  • Advising on international taxation structures, such as foreign tax credits and antitax haven regulations, and preparing relevant schedules
  • Advising on restructuring and the consolidated tax regime, and preparing relevant schedules

Requirements and Qualifications

Manager

MUST

  • 7 or more years of experience in tax compliance at accounting firms or the accounting department of a listed company
  • Certified tax accountant, successful passage of the certified tax accountant exam (including those who have received exemption from exam sections due to graduate schooling), or successful passage of one or more sections of the certified tax accountant exam
  • Certified public accountant or experience in tax services
  • Japanese: Business level
  • English: TOEIC 700 or greater
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

WANT

  • Experience with large corporations, consolidated tax payments, and restructuring advisory
  • Experience using English in a business setting, studying abroad, and/or working abroad
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel with an unders
