仕事内容


カバーの取り付けプリント基板加工装置の製造

・精密部への下記種カバーの取り付け

・装置の配線や配管の整理

・装置内部の各種部部品の取り付け

・その他付随する業務

※ベッドと呼ばれる装置の土台の上にテーブルやクロスレールなどを組付け、付随する部品の組付けや電気配線を行い、最終的にカバーを取り付けていただきます。

※各種取り付けに際しては主にトルクレンチを使用、精度計測の際にダイヤルゲージ、マイクロなどの測定器を使用いたします。

※取り扱う部品が大型になるカバーの取り付け作業などは、チーム作業になりますのでコミュニケーションも重要です。ライン作業ではございません。

※精密機械の取り扱いとなるため、年間を通じて室内温度が22℃前後に設定されておりますので快適に作業していただけます。

※1週間ごとの交替勤務となります。(入社当初は日勤での作業習熟となります)

※夜勤時は1時間程度の残業予定がございます。

  • 工場での勤務経験、組立作業の経験をお持ちの方歓迎
  • ドライバーやトルクレンチなどの一般工具の使用経験をお持ちの方歓迎
