【勤務条件】

昇給制度により、日々の頑張りがしっかり評価されます。役職手当は、リーダー手当4,000円、統括リーダー手当8,000円、主任手当12,000円、課長手当40,000円、所長手当60,000円と明確です。賞与は基本給の1.5か月分を年2回(6月・12月)支給され、業績配分もあります。家族手当は配偶者20,000円、子女6,000円/人です。時間外手当は1分単位で申告可能です。
