賃貸物件の退去立会・修繕見積・施工管理等ができる方を募集しています

未経験からでも大歓迎

先輩スタッフが丁寧に優しく指導致します

STEP1 (最初はここから....)

賃貸物件の退去立ち会い

STEP2 (少し慣れて来たら....)

原状回復工事ののお見積もり等

STEP3 (ここまで出来れば年収600万OVER..)

設備工事・多能工作業

仕事の流れ

1 雑工事(電池交換、建付調整等)

2 工事完了チェック

3 入居中工事

4 設備工事、大工工事

5 退去立会、お見積

給与


月給 250,000円 ~ (※想定年収 3,640,000円 ~ )

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代 30,000円

みなし残業時間 20時間

上記額にはみなし残業代(月20時間分、30000円分)を含みます。

※超過分は全額支給します

試用期間:半年間

その間の給料:日給10000円~12000円
