【職務概要】

不動産の購入から管理、売却といった不動産のトータルサービスをお客様へ提供している同社において、同社が管理するオフィスビルや商業施設などの設備工事の更新、改修工事および原状回復工事をお任せします。

【職務詳細】

・工事計画立案(中長期修繕計画作成等)

・工事業者選定

・見積書・現場説明書作成

・現場での品質・安全・進捗の管理(立会含む)

・工事完了後の維持管理に関するご相談対応など

  • 業務の特徴

対象となる不動産は、オフィスビル・商業施設・工事・倉庫などで同社BM管理物件がメインとなります。休日出勤が発生しても振替休日を完全取得でき、残業時間も月20時間程度とワークライフバランスを保てます。フレックス制度を導入しています。

年収:600万~800万程度月給制:月額420000円給与:経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇賞与:年2回昇給:年1回
