ソラコムの Customer Reliability Engineer は、SORACOM をご利用のお客様に対し、チケットシステムを介した対話による直接的な支援と、セルフサービスに向けたコンテンツの拡充による間接的な支援の両面を提供します。そして常に Customer Centric な視点からお客様の課題を理解し、解決までお客様と向きあい、お客様の IoT ビジネスの成功をサポートします。 お客様の真のニーズに寄り添うために、ソラコムの各サービスの基本的な使い方の解説から、AWS などのクラウドと連携した閉域網の構築、リファレンスデバイスをもちいた開発方法、IoT システム設計のベストプラクティスの提案など、ソラコムを中心とした幅広いエリアをカバーします。状況によっては質問の内容に対し直接的な回答ではなく、お客様のアーキテクチャ全体の見直しを提案することもあります。また、ソラコムではユーザーがお問い合わせしなくても公開されているコンテンツを元にセルフサービスで開発できることを理想としているため、Customer Reliability Engineering チームでも必要なドキュメントを Techincal Writer とともに日々拡充しています。
仕事内容
- チケットシステムを介したお問い合わせ対応 (オンコール当番あり)
- トラブルシュートのサポート、原因究明、再現試験、開発チームへのエスカレーション
- ユーザー向けドキュメントの拡充
- お問い合わせ内容から開発チームに改善提案
Requirements
必須スキル
- ネットワークに関する基礎知識(TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, DNS, HTTP など)
- 3 年以上のシステム構築または技術サポート経験
- 社外のお客様とのメール・電話などでの直接的なコミュニケーション経験
- 技術的なドキュメントを作成できる能力
- 自らの手を動かして試す・体験することができる姿勢を持っていること
- ベーシックな英語力(開発者との英語チャットでの意思疎通レベル)

- 3G/LTE のコアネットワーク構築・運用経験
- プログラミング・スクリプティングに関する知識や経験
- AWS/Azure/GCP などクラウドサービスでのインフラ構築・運用経験
