仕事内容
大手物流サービス会社の敷地内にて自社運営で業務を行っている企業でのお仕事です。
2つの事業所があり、以下のような業務を担当しています。
- 空容器の仕分け作業
- 納品受付
- 大型タイヤの組付け
- 自動車部品の梱包
工場内での作業エリアの製造・物流全般に関わる生産工程の作業として
配属先の各現場作業を習得し、現場での生産工程作業を中心としながら
管理者業務の補佐として事業所運営方法検討や
従業員の管理・教育のサポートもお願いします。
給与
月給230,230円
月収例/357,915円
例)4年生大学卒業、配偶者あり、小学生の子1名、安全衛生推進者所持の場合
役職手当、営業手当、資格手当、住宅手当、家族手当など(当社賃金規定に準じる)
賞与年2回、昇給制度年1回、退職金制度あり

昼夜2交代制あるいは一部昼勤務
[1]8:15~17:00(実働8時間)
[2]20:30~翌5:15(実働8時間)
休憩45分
その他午前、午後に各10分の休憩あり
資格・経験
未経験可 玉掛け技能講習(あれば尚可)
高等学校卒業程度。
普通自動車第一種運転免許(AT限定可)
PC操作初級程度(エクセル、ワード、Eメール)
長期勤続によるキャリア形成の為、40歳未満の方の募集になります
18歳以上(深夜業)
65歳定年制

土曜日、日曜日(祝日は通常出勤になります)
長期連休あり(GW・夏季・冬季など年3回)

- 交通費支給あり(1ヶ月上限15,000円まで(社内規定あり))
