仕事内容:
生成AI・AI技術を活用したプロダクトにおいて、
プロダクトの企画・価値設計・成長戦略を担うPdMポジションです。
エンジニアやデザイナー、ビジネスサイドと連携しながら、
ユーザー課題の整理からプロダクト要件定義、ロードマップ策定までを主導し、
AIプロダクトを"使われるサービス"として成長させる役割を担っていただきます。
■ 主な業務内容
- AIプロダクトのビジョン・ロードマップ策定
- ユーザー課題・業務課題の整理、要件定義
- プロダクトバックログの作成・優先度管理
- エンジニア/デザイナーとの仕様調整
- 開発進行に伴う意思決定・方向性整理
- リリース後の効果検証・改善方針検討
- ステークホルダーとの調整・合意形成
求める人材:
■ 必須スキル
- WebサービスまたはITプロダクトにおけるPdM/企画経験
- 要件定義・仕様策定の実務経験
- エンジニアと協業したプロダクト開発経験
- 複数関係者を巻き込みながら意思決定を行った経験
■ 歓迎スキル
- AI/生成AIプロダクトへの関与経験
- SaaSプロダクトのPdM経験
- UX/ユーザーリサーチの経験
- データを用いたプロダクト改善経験
