同社は、ソフトウェアやクラウドサービス等のテクノロジーを活用した総合コンサルファームです。

ベンチャーらしいスピード感と柔軟性を持ち、クライアントと自社の成長にコミットしています。

IT・システム導入に関するコンサルティング案件の実行や、

下位メンバーのマネジメントを含むチームリードを担当します。

IT戦略立案、システム導入構想策定支援、PMO、業務改革、ベンダー/ツール選定、

システム導入に関する作業支援等を行います。

また、案件獲得に向けた営業活動や、メンバーの中長期的な育成も行います。

【具体的には】

・ プロジェクトメンバーとして、IT・システム導入に関するコンサルティング案件の実行

・ プロジェクトにおける下位メンバーのマネジメントを含めたチームリード

・ コンサルティング案件

・ IT戦略立案・IT企画支援

・ システム導入構想策定支援

・ PMO

・ プロジェクト横断課題解決推進

・ 業務改革(BPR・BPM)

・ ベンダー/ツール選定

【求める人材】

【必須】

・ SIer、コンサルティングファーム、その他事業会社などにおいて、システム開発案件などのチームリードもしくはそれに近いご経験

・ 業務改革/ITコンサルティング/システム導入のご経験を1年以上

・ 大規模プロジェクトにて主要メンバーとして参画のご経験

・ 中小規模プロジェクトにおける、チームリードもしくは近しいご経験

【歓迎】

・ クライアントワークのご経験

・ プロジェクトワークの中でWBS、課題検討資料、各種計画書(プロジェクト計画書、移行計画書、テスト計画書、教育計画書等)、要件定義書等のドキュメント作成のご経験

・ 財務・会計、営業・マーケティング、生産・物流・SCMの業務知識をお持ちの方

【給与】

年収1000~1600万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
