【営業職(神奈川)】

【主なお仕事について】

・既存顧客へのルート営業(新規開拓・飛び込み営業はありません)

・マンション管理組合との信頼関係構築

・建物の現地調査と最適な修繕提案

・セミナー運営を通じた専門知識の提供

・施工から竣工後フォローまでの総合サポート

勤務時間・曜日:

・フレックスタイム制(コアタイム 10:00~18:00)

・標準的な勤務時間帯:9:00~19:00

・休憩時間:60分

・1年単位の変形労働時間制(週平均労働時間 40時間00分)

・完全週休2日制(土曜・日曜・祝日)

・夏期休暇、年末年始休暇

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥228,100 〜 ¥300,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥30,000(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

・初任給モデル:218,781円(22歳)、215,188円(20歳)
