Job Description

  • Organize and coordinate technical pre-sales engagements for prospective and existing clients, including sales planning and customer engagements.
  • Articulate the value proposition, use cases, and integration with existing customer systems to secure new business opportunities.
  • Lead customer evaluations, offering guidance during product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (PoC's) to drive successful 'tech win' outcomes.
  • Support Bids & Proposals in responding to Request for Information/Proposals (RFI's/RFP's or RFx's).
  • Collaborate with the wider Sales Engineering community and partners, delivering technical enablement sessions and product updates.
  • Maintain hands-on proficiency with the product and competitors' offerings, communicating customer feedback for product enhancements. The Successful Applicant
  • Proven ability to engage and relate to diverse functional and technical personnel within customers and prospects.
  • Skilled in identifying innovative solutions that differentiate in the eyes of the customer.
  • Expertise in analyzing, designing, and recommending approaches for implementing customer management processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English and Japanese language.
  • Strong knowledge of regulations and industry standards such as GDPR, PCI, ISO, COSO, NIST, etc.
  • Solid understanding of system integration using XML, database queries, and web service technology on Windows platform.
  • Demonstrable experience in IRM or GRC role (or similar discipline), sales support, software consulting, or presales engineering.
