We're looking for a professional
Japanese-English Executive Assistant
to provide exceptional support to our executives.

• Location: Akasaka, Minato-ku
• Work style: on-site
• Employment: Full-time

Description

• Provide calendar management and meeting scheduling support for senior executives.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports.
• Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of management.
• Manage correspondence, including emails, calls, and document filing.

Requirements

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
• Background in a global or multicultural work environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work on-site
