日本最大のデータ分析コンペティションプラットフォームである「SIGNATE Competition」を提供しています。
プロダクトの価値を最大限にすることを考え、技術で開発をリードしていただける方を募集いたします。
仕様や設計はもちろん、自ら手を動かしてコードを書ける能力が求められます。
将来的には、開発現場の知見を持ちつつ、他メンバーとの密なコミュニケーションを通じて、開発チームをリードしていくことも期待しています。

・技術やアーキテクチャ選定
・開発チームの生産性の向上
・コードレビューを通じた品質管理
・Python(Django), MySQL を使ったWebアプリケーションの実装開発
・API設計 / DB設計
・仕様調整や要件調整
【求める人材】
<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>
・フルスタックエンジニア(Webサービス開発経験)
・バックエンド (Python) での開発経験 6年以上
・Pythonのフレームワークの経験(DjangoおよびFastAPI)
・Dockerを使った開発経験
・DBスキーマ / API 設計の経験
・AWSを用いたインフラ構築の経験
・CI/CDを用いた効率化の経験(Github Actionsなど)
