【ビジネス総合職について】
2027年採用から新設のポジションです。
ビジネス総合職は、クリエイターの情熱が宿るIPコンテンツの伴走者となり、
ゆくゆくはその熱狂を世界へと導く責任者として、プロデュースを担っていただく仕事です。
従来の専門職の枠を超え、多角的な視点と行動力を兼ね備えた人材の育成を目指します。
配属先は以下を想定しており、職種は多岐に渡ります。
- ゲーム部門
・ゲームプロデューサー、プロモーション、セールス、事業管理
- 出版/アニメ部門
・編集、ライツ、アニメプロデューサー、プロモーション、セールス、MD関連(商品企画から販売戦略)、事業管理など
- 新規事業部門
・Web3関連サービスの企画・運営、研究開発関連全般
- コーポレート部門
・経営管理、コーポレート企画(IR/PR)、人事など
配属先や職種に関しては入社時に決定いたします。
ジョブローテーションを行い、いくつかの職種を経験しながら将来的なIPプロデューサーを目指していただきます。

・本社(品川区大崎)及びリモートワークを行う場所

・9:30~18:30(実働8時間/休憩60分)
